At 17, I made a decision that changed everything.
I went from 289 pounds to 169 pounds in under a year through discipline, consistency, and structure.
That experience shaped how I approach fitness—and how I coach others today.
I went on to serve as a Navy medic, where discipline and accountability were part of everyday life.
For over a decade, I’ve helped clients build strength, lose weight, and develop the consistency needed to see real results.
